Whether you're across the state or across the country, we've got you covered. BI Barkery ships anywhere in the contiguous United States for a flat rate of $7.99, making it easy to bring your dog's favorite treats and toys right to your doorstep.

In-Store Returns
You can return toys & accessories with the receipt and original tags still attached within 14 days for a full refund. We do not accept returns on any treats or other consumable items.

Shipping FAQ
B.I. Barkery ships all orders via standard shipping for a flat rate of $7.99. Please allow 4–10 business days for delivery from the date your order is processed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or destination.
Product Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. If the item you'd like to exchange for costs more than your original purchase, you'll simply pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the remaining balance to your original method of payment.
